When does A Horse Box ship?
Since March of 2013, Horse Boxes ship every 15th of the month. Order by the 15th of the month to receive that month's box.
Can I customize my Horse Box?
YES! If your horse has special needs (ex. special diet requirements, allergies) please let us know so we can note your account and customize your box to accommodate your needs.
How do I change my shipping address?
Email any address changes by the 10th of the month to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the old and new shipping addresses so we may update your profile.
How do I change my payment information?
You can log into your PayPal account and update your payment profile to update your payment information.
Can I send A Horse Box as a gift?
YES! If you are ordering a subscription or a one-time box as a gift, please let us know so we can include a personalized message.
How do I cancel A Horse Box?
You can email email@example.com to cancel. We do charge a $10 early termination fee. Cancellations must be made by the 10th of the month.
Do you ship A Horse Box internationally?
Unfortunately no, not all of our products are registered in other countries.
